Curious about our founder? Rebecca St. Clair is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She believes that exercise should be part of everyday living. Rebecca currently teaches Pilates, HIIT with TRX, Cardio Kickboxing, Core and More, Weight Training, and bootcamp at several gyms throughout the Seattle area. She received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. After successfully losing 50lbs, Rebecca became facinated with food. She has a speciality in nutrition from the American Council of Exercise, and enjoys teaching people how to enjoy fueling their bodies with the best foods. She is compassionate, passionate about diet and fitness, and full of energy. Not to mention, she loves making people sweat. Rebecca specializes in High Intense Interval Training, TRX, Body Weight Exercises, Creating Healthy Eating Habits, Perinatal Fitness, Core Training and Stability.
